1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under Bermuda law, including the Sale of Goods Act 1978.

Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and

correspond with description or sample provided. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Description and Conformity

Where goods are sold by description, they must correspond with that description. Any material

discrepancy may entitle the customer to remedies under applicable law.

3. Acceptance of Goods

Goods are deemed accepted when the customer has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect them and

has indicated acceptance, or has used them beyond inspection purposes.

4. Returns (Change of Mind)

Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies.

Items must be in resaleable condition.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Report within 48 hours. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Verified defective items

incur no restocking fee.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to banking

processing times.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges apply only to defective or damaged goods and depend on stock availability.

8. Shipping and Risk

Customers pay return shipping unless goods are defective. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon

delivery or collection.

9. Warranty

Mattresses: 1 year. Other items: 90 days. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes

misuse or environmental damage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Bermuda law, liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for

indirect or consequential losses.

11. Terms of Sale Cross-Reference

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Sale. In case of conflict, Terms of Sale

prevail unless prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Bermuda.
